Not included in tuition: Livescan and fingerprinting fees, BLS/CPR certification, TB testing, other required health documents, and the State Competency Exam fee. The State Exam fee is paid directly to the testing provider (Credentia / D&SDT-Headmaster) when the exam is scheduled.
Students may cancel and receive a full refund of tuition, including the $200 registration fee, if cancellation occurs on or before the first day of instruction, or within seven (7) calendar days after enrollment, whichever is later. Students who withdraw after instruction begins may receive a pro-rated refund based on the portion of the program not yet received, less the registration fee and the cost of any books, uniforms, or kits already issued. Completion of any program does not guarantee employment or professional licensure. We provide exam preparation and job-readiness support; outcomes depend on individual performance, employer needs, certification status, and other external factors.
CAL ACE Nursing Academy is not SEVP-certified and does not issue I-20 forms. Programs are intended for students who are eligible to study locally.
Instruction is delivered in English. Support materials may be available in other languages.
The Academy does not offer institutional loans. Tuition may be paid in full or through a non-interest installment plan.
