Clinical Rotation
Important Reminders
- Bring a black pen and a small notebook
- Wear your scrubs and ID badge
- Travel light and bring only what you need
- Non-skid or rubber-soled shoes are mandatory
- Crocs and flip-flops are not allowed
- Tie your hair back and avoid wearing strong perfumes or large jewelry. Only small stud piercings may be allowed, if the facility permits
- Keep your fingernails short. Artificial nails, acrylic nails, gel nails, and colored nail polish are not permitted
- Leather jackets are not permitted
- Wear a rash guard or long-sleeved attire inside scrubs
- Food is allowed, but please ensure you clean up everything afterward
- Bring food that does not require refrigeration or heating
- No coffee or boba; only water bottles are permitted
- Arrive on time and stay committed to the schedule
- We also recommend bringing extra clothing in case of an emergency
- Please do not compare instructors or facilities with others
Parking and Facility Rules
- Please DO NOT park in the facility's parking lot or designated parking spaces. Use street parking only. Vehicles parked on facility property may be towed at the owner's expense without prior notice.
- Do not use the facility's break rooms
- No loitering; please wait for your instructor
- Cell phones are not permitted during clinical hours. If you cannot avoid bringing a phone, please keep it on silent mode and stored away at all times
- Avoid standing in front of the entrance door. You may stay under the umbrella, gazebo, or in your car
